Dynamic effects in the vibrations of an axisymmetric elastic body in a rotating coordinate system are studied in an analysis of cross- correlations of natural oscillations with different frequencies. The conditions are specified under which no such cross-correlations occur. Perturbations of the spectrum of natural frequency and proper forms at a small constant angular rotation velocity of the coordinate system are described. The angular velocity of a standing wave procession is defined as a function of angular rotation velocity of the coordinate system.
