[For part I see the preceding entry, Zbl 0658.60024.] Let D be a union of spheres \(U_ i\) with i.i.d. radii \(\epsilon \rho_ i\), \[ Q_ h=<0, L>\times <0, L>\times <0, h>\subset R^ 3\quad and\quad D_ h=D\cap Q_ h. \] The estimation of the parameters of the set \(D_ h\) is carried out.
