An orthogonal basis in irreducible projective representations of a symmetric group (Q1111696)

Characters of irreducible projective representations of symmetric groups were described at the beginning of the century by \textit{I. Schur} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 139, 155-250 (1911)] by using so called symmetric Q- functions. The author announces an explicit construction of all irreducible projective representations of symmetric groups.
