We study dynamic processes describing collective behavior in problems of allocation of many-dimensional resources. Classes of systems with adaptive and minimally reasonable control are identified and existence of an asymptotically stable equilibrium is proved for these systems. The Lypunov function is used as the main tool of analysis.
