A technique of construction of a domain of the complex plane is considered in which it is sure that the roots of the characteristic polynomial (the poles) or the roots of the numerators of the transfer functions (the zeros) of a closed-loop dynamic system are located in the case that the parameters of the plant and the controller are not specified and can take any values in assigned intervals. An example of construction of guaranteed domains of the roots is presented for the problem of angular stabilization of an elastic flying vehicle.
