The purpose of the paper is to investigate conjugacy properties of the differential equation \[ \frac{d}{dy}\Pi (y)=JM(y)\Pi (y),\quad \Pi (y)=\left( \begin{matrix} u(y)\\ v(y)\end{matrix} \right),\quad J-\left( \begin{matrix} E\\ 0\end{matrix} \begin{matrix} 0\\ -E\end{matrix} \right) \] with M(y) being the generator for a strongly continuous semigroup and E the identity.
