After an introduction, a basic theorem, generalizing the classical Neyman-Pearson fundamental lemma, is obtained and used for finite multiple statistical decisions. Examples are given and applications to the statistical choice of non-separated models when the common model is a border point or an inner point of parameter sets of both models, are made.
