In [Kexue Tongbao 30, 277 (1985)], we introduced the definitions of fuzzy topological algebras and locally m-convex fuzzy topological algebras. In this paper, our purpose is to introduce a particular kind of fuzzy topological algebra, viz. fuzzy normed algebras, and to use fuzzy normed algebras to represent locally m-convex fuzzy topological algebras.
