A new interpolation-numerical integration method is proposed. The method uses sections of parabolic curves to interpolate between the given values of a single-valued function. The method takes account of each given value with an appropriate weight coefficient in order to minimize the influence of very distant points on the local procedure. The method may be used with uniform or nonuniform grids.
