The aim of the present work is to investigate the impact and the dynamics of a rigid system, subject to unilateral constraints. The problem is particularly interesting to understand the mechanical behaviour of stone structures subject to external forces and to give informations about the dynamical evolution; such informations are basic for a stability study.
