We present a general formalism for discussing the structure and dynamics of plasma disks, around slowly rotating compact objects, having finite viscosity and conductivity. As a test case we consider the situation for the case when the central object is non-rotating and the plasma is with infinite conductivity and show the existence of equilibrium solution for a self-consistent velocity distribution.
