Simulation techniques are of great value in reaching at reasonable results in our research efforts. The Monte Carlo type of simulations, particularly in involved situations have much to offer. Similarity relations, which are transformations of radiation-matter interaction parameters that result in similar radiation distributions, are used here to treat the anisotropic scattering and transport of deeply penetrating neutral particles. The theory is well-set with a case study followed by discussions. Using the transport equation invariance a number of results are obtained some of which have applications to transport of red and infrared light through living tissues. This is an important contribution towards an emerging field.
