In their book ``Games and Decisions'' Luce and Raiffa gave the ``Battle of the Sexes'' as a detailed example of the fundamental problems which arise when one considers noncooperative games. Unfortunately there was a mistake there, which led in a number of places to carelessness in presentation. In this note we give a detailed construction of the domain of payoffs and we remove the mistake mentioned above.
