The paper addresses a special class of arc-colored digraph embeddings, called regular. In a regular embedding, each of the permutations in the arc-rotation system of the embedding has a specified form that is consistent with the color assignment. The main results produce regular embeddings of bipartite arc-colored digraphs - both orientable and non- orientable. It is shown that such graphs cannot be simultaneously regularly embedded into orientable and non-orientable surfaces.
