It is well known that a dynamical system with dissipation may be studied in terms of dynamical maps [\textit{P. Collet}, and \textit{J. P. Eckmann}, Iterated maps on the interval as dynamical systems (1980; Zbl 0458.58002)]. Also, it is well known that the non-linearity of the dynamical system also plays an important role in determining how far the systems are from equilibrium. Furthermore, fluctuations also are instrumental in inducing chaos into the systems. In this paper, we systematically derive a general map which includes all these aspects of dynamical system and we will study the behaviour of this map from the universality point of view.
