[For part I see the author, Autom. Remote Control 49, No.2, 152-157 (1988; Zbl 0665.93043).] The concept of conjugate inclusion is formulated and its properties are studied. The problem of determination of the Lyapunov indicator for an original inclusion is reduced to the analysis of a conjugate autonomous system of discrete equations.
