As is known global geophysical processes: mass motions in the atmosphere, the hydrosphere, the Earth's crust and mantle and the fluid core cause a small variation of the Earth's vector of rotation. The author considers these processes as governing the rotation of a deformable body. This is obtained by using the solution of the Euler-Liouville equations as an inverse problem. The demonstrated example shows that the global oscillation of the sea level (with a 4-5 years period) between the north and the south hemisphere of the Earth could be proved in this way.
