Some characterization theorems for starlike and convex functions involving a certain fractional integral operator (Q1118064)

The present sequel to the authors' work [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 131, No.2, 412-420 (1988; Zbl 0635.30017)] is devoted to the investigation of the sufficient conditions that are satisfied by the generalized fractional integrals of certain analytic functions in the open unit disk in order for them to be starlike or convex. Further characterization theorems involving the Hadamard product (or convolution) are also considered.
