Necessary and sufficient conditions for an infinite matrix defined over a field K with non-trivial non-Archimedian valuation to transform \(\Gamma^*(K)\) into \(C_ 0(K)\) and \(\Gamma\) (K) to \(\Gamma^*(K)\) are investigated. The sequence spaces \(C_ 0(K)\). \(\Gamma\) (K) and \(\Gamma^*(K)\) are all defined over such a field K. [For part III see Acta Cienc. Ind. 4, 90-93 (1978; Zbl 0413.40003).]
