On a class of nonlinear higher order differential equations (Q1118729)

The author proves the theorems for existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence from the right hand side of solutions of a special class of nonlinear higher order differential equations with the given initial conditions. The method of the investigation consists in the transformation of the initial problem into equivalent integral form and the applications of the method of successive approximations.
