In this paper, the problem of a periodic tube bundle consisting of a large number of tubes immersed in an incompressible perfect fluid have been studied. With the help of the Laplace equation and a nonlocal boundary condition which contains the eigenvalues of the problem, the asymptotic behaviour of the spectrum has been determined as the number of tubes increases to infinity.
