The finite theory of homogeneous games is essentially generalized to its countable counterpart. It is shown that the players can be classified into five characters (``dummy'', ``proper sum'', ``improper sum'', ``proper step'', ``improper step''). The possibility of the homogeneous representations of such games is verified and it is shown that they can be obtained analogously to the finite case by specifying the surplus weights of the proper steps.
