Design isomorphisms and group isomorphisms (Q1119645)

If two 2-(v,3,2)-designs S, \(S'\) have ``important'' groups of automorphisms ``enough alike'' each ``good'' isomorphism of S to \(S'\) can be induced by a (permutation-) group isomorphism. The main result of the paper give a partial result according this idea in a geometrical setting. It is too involved to be quoted here, but it is used for example to compute the ``good'' (similar to multiplicators) automorphisms of certain 2-(v,3,2) constructed using \(GF(p^ n)\), with \(p^ n=1\) (mod 6), and to give a table for the case \(p^ n=25\).
