Theorem on association of variables in multidimensional Laplace transforms (Q1120104)

The authors establish some basic theorems for evaluating the associated transform of certain types of transformed functions and present several illustrative examples. The theorems are rigorous and appear to be very useful in performing the inverse Laplace tranform for certain functions. These theorems can directly by applied to derive many associated pairs and thus one can easily extend the tables given by \textit{J. K. Lubbock} and \textit{V. S. Bansal} [Proc. IEE116, No.12, 2075-2082 (1969)], \textit{C. F. Chen} and \textit{R. F. Chiu} [Int. J. Systems Sci. 4, 647-664 (1973; Zbl 0263.93019)] and \textit{E. L. Koh} [ibid. 6, No.2, 127-131 (1975; Zbl 0297.93019)].
