The concept of semilocally convex function is extended to concepts including \(\rho\)-semilocally convex, \(\rho\)-semilocally pseudoconvex, \(\rho\)-semilocally quasiconvex and semilocally p-quasiconvex functions. A number of sufficient optimality conditions of Kuhn-Tucker and Fritz John type are developed for nonlinear programming problems under these extensions.
