Let f be an analytic function in the neighborhood of the origin, \(V=f^{-1}(0)\) a germ of hypersurface. The author introduces the notion of primary non-degeneracy condition or simply PND-condition on V and the notion that V is good. The main result of the paper states that any good hypersurface V which satisfies the PND- condition has a regular stratification. The explicit construction of this stratification is given.
