The author extends a results by \textit{B. Beauzamy} and \textit{P. Enflo} [Ark. Mat. 23, 19-34 (1985; Zbl 0608.47061)] in two directions: (i) The Cesaro matrix is replaced with any triangular matrix with nonnegative entries and row sums one, (ii) The nonexpansiveness is replaced with more general conditions.
