Displaying the results of his dissertation, the author considers interior and exterior three-dimensional boundary value problems for the Maxwell system of equations with prescribed normal components. By representing the solutions in integral form with unknown densities, the problems are reformulated as integral equations for which theorems containing necessary and sufficient conditions on existence, solvability and uniqueness are proved.
