A fractional vector optimization problem with side conditions is considered, where all functions are assumed to be differentiable. Using pseudo-convexity conditions and a Lagrange-dual problem weak and strong duality theorems are proved. Then nonexistence of efficient points is linked with solvability properties of inequality systems.
