We propose some preconditioned multilevel versions of inexact-Newton algorithms to solve the title equations with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. We also develop another multilevel preconditioner for a nonlinear GMRES algorithm. All of the preconditioners are based on incremental unknowns formulations.
