The author continues the study of multiparameter quantum function algebras at roots of one initiated in [\textit{M. Costantini} and \textit{M. Varagnolo}, Math. Ann. 306, 759-780 (1996; Zbl 0858.16035), C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I 323, 127-132 (1996; Zbl 0860.17015)]. In the present paper, essentially all the simple modules over such Hopf algebras are constructed, using a ``geometric'' method as in [\textit{C. De Concini} and \textit{C. Procesi}, Aust. Math. Soc. Lect. Ser. 9, 127-160 (1997; Zbl 0901.17005)].
