For a selfadjoint polynomial operator pencil \(P(\lambda)\) in a separable Hilbert space it is studied the angle location of its spectrum. In addition, estimates of some norms of \(P^{-1}(\lambda)\) are obtained. In the case of differential operator pencils asymptotic properties of eigenvalues are investigated too.
