[For part I, see ibid. 4, 151-174 (1991; Zbl 0731.35059).] This is the second part of the author's series of two papers studying the initial boundary value problem of a fast diffusion equation describing some nonlinear physical phenomena. In this second paper, the author studies the time-global existence and obtains an interesting asymptotic behavior of solutions. He proves that the solutions approach a travelling solution as \(t\to\infty\) by his method.
