The principal aim of this note is to present a succinct lattice theoretic proof of the fact that a complete lattice is a regular-projective frame iff it is stably supercontinuous. In addition, motivated by this proof, we examine the functorial properties of the down-set lattice. This leads to some new results analogous to those concerning ideal lattices. Finally, we show there are no non-trivial (ordinary) projective frames.
