The paper is concerned with capillary-acoustic waves in a bounded region filled by two distinct continua separated by a free surface; a formulation of the problem was given in the author's paper [Dokl. Akad. Nauk Ukr. Ser. A, 7, SSR, 52-55 (1989)]. Stability of eigen-oscillation is studied and some physically plausible solutions of the problem are constructed.
