The author considers the absolute stability problem for a class of systems whose linear part has coefficient matrices with periodically time-varying parameters and whose nonlinearity satisfies an integral constraint on a quadratic function of the nonlinearity with periodic coefficients. The frequency domain sufficient condition obtained is illustrated with a simple example.
