The authors construct pairs of isomorphic but not multiplier equivalent strong starters in cyclic groups \(Z_ n\) for the following values of \(n\): \(n=p^ k\) (where \(p\) is a prime, \(p\geq 5\), \(k\geqq 2\)) and \(n=pq\) (where \(p\) and \(q\) are distinct primes subject to some --- not exactly specified --- restrictions).
