The initial value problem for a nonlinear system with impulse effect is considered. Sufficient conditions for convergence of its solution are obtained. The problem of finding a solution is reduced to finding a fixed point for an operator and the Schauder-Tychonov theorem for existence of such a fixed point is applied for construction of the main results.
