The author studies the interpolation or smoothing problem associated with the inf-convolution of two (or more generally \(k\)) arbitrary semi- Hilbertian functions. Characterization theorems are given using the notion of semi-kernel. Several algorithms are proposed. Under natural assumptions convergence of Gauss-Seidel iteration is proved.
