In the framework of homogenization theory the author studies the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of variational problems by generalizing his previous results on this subject. In particular, he considers functionals with an almost periodic integrand satisfying only a linear coerciveness assumption. By using the \(\Gamma\)-convergence methods and some representation results for functions of measures, he also gives an explicit formula for the \(\Gamma\)-limit functional.
