We study the role of spectra of \(p\)-elements of finite \(p\)-solvable complex linear groups in establishing the existence of invariant \(p\)- subgroups. This paper consists of two sections. In the first we study the spectra of \(p\)-elements of a \(p\)-Sylow TI-subgroup, and in the second the spectra of \(p\)-elements of an abelian \(p\)-Sylow subgroup of a finite \(p\)- solvable complex linear group having no invariant \(p\)-subgroup.
