This paper considers the problem of an adaptive suboptimal control for a first-order plant under the presence of bounded noise and unknown parameters. An algorithm of adaptive suboptimal control is described and proved; further a heuristic algorithm is presented which enables confining oneself to a fairly small memory of the adaptive controller.
