In this paper the \(L^ 2\)-concentration in blow up solutions of the initial value problem for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation is studied. The nonlinear term of the equation is of the type \(| u|^{4/N}u\) and the initial datum belongs to \(H^ 1(R^ N)\). This is a continuation of the author's previous work [Kodai Math. J. 13, 333-348 (1990)].
