Let \(X\) be an abstract set and \({\mathcal L}\) a lattice of subsets of \(X\). In the first part general properties of Lindelöf lattices and their measure implications are investigated. In the second part necessary and sufficient conditions in terms of measure relationships on \({\mathcal L}\) for the generalized Wallman replete and prime complete spaces to be Lindelöf spaces are given.
