This paper contains a further instalment of the author's generalization [begun in J. Algebra 128, 497-509 (1990; Zbl 0704.16003)], of parts of stable Clifford theory to a purely ring-theoretic setting. In the present work he obtains necessary and sufficient conditions for the Morita equivalence of the pairs of rings arising in his theory.
