The author constructs \(q\)-analogs (in the sense of \textit{L. Carlitz}, Duke Math. J. 15, 987-1000 (1948; Zbl 0032.00304)) of Dirichlet \(L\)-series. Special values of these \(L\)-series are then shown to be (a variant of) \(q\)-Bernoulli numbers. Finally, \(q\)-representations of class number formulae are given.
