Two special types of triangulations are constructed such that a certain point belongs to a simplex of fixed diameter and dimension. It is proved that the mesh of triangulation is fine enough to guarantee the desirable approximation between the zeros of a \(C^ 2\) map \(f: D\subseteq R^ n\to R^ n\) and its piecewise linear approximation.
