The author investigates generalizations of the Shapley value for cooperative games in characteristic function form, with coalition structures within the set of players. Two classes of nonsymmetric values are constructed for such games, and a full axiomatic characterization of them is found. The author introduces and discusses some new axioms to intracoalitional and intercoalitional ``partnership''. The results of the paper generalize the known Weber result on random order values for cooperative games without coalition structure.
