It is shown that if \(G\) is an arbitrary group, then a \(G\)-graded ring is gr-primitive if and only if it is a gr-dense ring of linear transformations over a left \(K\)-space \(M=\bigoplus_ gM_ g\) where \(K\) is a division ring.
