For any prime \(q\equiv 3, 13, 27,\hbox{ or }37 (\hbox{mod }40)\) a connected undirected 4-valent non-bipartite non-Cayley graph on \(q(q^ 2-1)/24\) vertices is constructed on which \(PSL(2,q)\) acts 2-arc transitively.
